Basically, whenever you need to make a roll, roll some dice and put down your results in the roll section for the chapter in question. Just put down what type of roll it is, what it's for, what you rolled and what your total result is. While as a DM i will be making a lot of rolls in secret, i'll put up the result for any roll that isn't a secret roll in the same way. I think this system will help us keep track of rolls very cleanly and will keep as little mechanics and clogging out of the RP thread as possible.
Perception check to look around the room for traps. Roll 13, result 22.
It should also be noted that i'll be 'asking' for rolls as little as possible. I'd much prefer it if you guys took the initiative and made rolls when you were trying to perform an appropriate action or when you think its necessary. I'll usually only ask for rolls when I think you may not realize one is necessary (and it is too important to let you guys just miss/forget about) or if i need to remind you if you forget to roll/take an action that would require one and didn't make one for it. I just wanna keep stuff like asking for rolls and junk outside of the RP as much as possible.
I'll also be making plenty of rolls in secret using YOUR stats and abilities and stuff to keep things moving quickly and to keep certain things a secret/surprise you. So i really need you guys to keep your sheets updated and posted on the forum so i can use the right stuff.
